Gillan Kingstree


Gillan learned his trade by eating out almost all the time - and dedicating much of his life to travellling to eat - he once drove 6 hours out of his way just to eat Parma ham in Parma!
He has a real passion for seasonality in food - local independent suppliers are his life, and feels that these are the most important people in the food world - not chefs or restaurateurs.
