Jessica Andersson


Born in London to a Swedish mother, Jessica worked in retail until 2004, owning furniture shops and living in Europe and North America Passionate about cooking and nutrition, Jessica retrained as a nutritional therapist, specialising in meal planning, health coaching and nutrition education. Her clients found the organisation of weekday meals stressful, so in 2011 she set up a business delivering recipes and ingredients to enable people to cook at home.. Jessica’s Recipe Bag was thus born, in partnership with Swedish company Linas Matkasse in September 2012.
